Terms of Service

Access and accounts

Access is by invitation from your travel advisor. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account, including travellers you invite to your journey.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and hold an Itinera account. We do not offer independent accounts to persons under 18. As an adult account holder you may arrange travel that involves minors, and we may process the information you provide about minor travellers where necessary to deliver those travel services. A minor traveller on a journey is not an independent account holder, and you remain responsible for the information you provide about travellers in your party.

What the service does

Itinera presents the itinerary, documents, payments, and coordination tools your advisor prepares for your journey. Travel arrangements themselves — flights, hotels, tours, and other bookings — are provided by suppliers under their own terms. Itinera is the portal through which your advisor delivers and manages them.

Payments

Deposits, instalments, and group payments shown in the portal are collected through our payment processor, Stripe, whose own privacy and legal terms govern Stripe's processing of your payment information. Itinera does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Amounts, due dates, cancellation terms, and refunds are set by your advisor and the applicable supplier terms, not by the portal itself. Failed or reversed payments may pause portal features tied to that journey.

Location sharing and SOS

Location sharing is optional and off until you enable it. SOS notifies your advisor and the contacts configured for your journey; it is not an emergency dispatch service and does not contact emergency responders on your behalf. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services first.

Travel companion (AI assistance)

The in-app travel companion generates suggestions and summaries from your journey information. Its output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat it as assistance, not as confirmation of a booking, price, visa requirement, or legal obligation; your advisor and the supplier documents are authoritative.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access journeys, documents, or accounts that are not yours.
• Do not probe, scan, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.
• Do not use the service to harass other travellers or our staff.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display that content to deliver the service to you and your advisor.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for security reasons, or when the advisor relationship ends. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your information. Deletion remains subject to records we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain, such as financial, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute records, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, omissions, or cancellations of travel suppliers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
